Create gift cards.

Added in Saleor 3.1
Requires MANAGE_GIFT_CARDpermission.

Triggers the following webhook events:

  • GIFT_CARD_CREATED (async): A gift card was created.
  • NOTIFY_USER (async): A notification for created gift card.
